The current use of the site is a car repairs Class B2 use that lies within a predominantly residential surrounding of two-storey terrace housing within the Croydon Metropolitan Centre. The proposed scheme of 7no. dwellings was achieved after two applications and an ongoing dialogue with Croydon Council
